Botany Bay Fishing Report

FISHING REPORT

Saturday had us back out on the Bay, I was thinking of last Sundays tough fishing as we headed to our first spot for the day, but all has turned around after the week of winds from the South and the fishing was good, Trevally and Bream are about at Trevally Alley and we caught a nice Squid at the bottom end of Yarra bay.
Last Wednesady we headed south for the day and did well on Bonito early trolling, fishing wide from the water run and found to many small Jackets and I moved four times and lost gear on each spot. I headed back to Bait Bay off Cronulla and it fished well with Trevally, Morwong and one large Bonito.
This is a great time of the year to be on the water, yes a little cool to start the day but great fishing in the Bay or off shore.

A little wet on Saturday but great fishing on the day in the Bay.

Two good Morwong caught on Wednesdays Deep sea trip.
