DEEP SEA FISHING, BOTANY BAY FISHING REPORTS

A solid Snapper for Sydneys water, caught Saturday wide from Coogee.

Our second Gummy Shark caught of Sydney, normally found in

cooler waters around VIC.

Trolling produced only a few Bonito along the coast.

Morwong proved a little tough to find this week

but we boated a few nice ones.

Bream are red hot now in Botany Bay and there are a

few good fish in the mix.

Fishing report
Botany Bay just target Bream and you will go home with a top feed as they are in good numbers wide from Towra Point in 3.5metres but any were right to the Sticks and you will be a chance run in or run out tide working well.

All else quite the odd Flathead, Bonito and small tailor are about.

Off shore we worked for all fish this weekend, in close quite but fished better in the deeper water and there are 1000s of small Flathead in 40 metres out from Coogee with the odd better one mixed in.

At last a nice Kingie from the Bay, caught at the Oil Wharf

on the run out tide yesterday on a live bait.

Bream are about but you will need to move about to find them, Wide from Towra Point to the Sticks your best chance, I fished the lower end and the Third Runway but slow going.

We caught a few Occys over the weekend while target Bream,

these two were heading to BBQ.

Another nice Bream caught wide from Towra

FISHING REPORT

Well after last week I though this weekend would prove a top weekend of fishing but what a tough weekend, no surface action any were, how can that be, to catch a few Bream we fished all over the Bay, I trolled the Third runway for a few small choppers and they were as big as the lures, Trolled both headlands on Sunday for zip. Fished the Drums only to find small leatherjacket in big numbers again steeling baits, hooks and sinkers. Fished the Oil wharf to our surprise hooked two Kings landing one and the other found a pylon and cut us off, still two great days on the water and all took home a feed.

Botany Bay fishing report

Fishing school did well on Saturday with a mix bag.

Last fish Sunday afternoon spinning wide from Towra Point
in Botany Bay with Squidgies.

FISHING REPORT

Another week shoots buy and the water in the Bay is now starting to look a little better, Bream are your best species to target if your fishing baits, I have scored well the last three days wide from Towra Point Sunday was a little tricky due to the tide.
Surface action is about and you will find action right across the Bay, Saturday we picked up Bonito trolling and spinning but found Sunday a little tricky as all were tough to hook.

Fished the drums and Watts reef and found the small Jackets a problem and they have been the same at the bait ground, Winter time off shore may be a problem this year with Jackets.

FISHING REPORT
Well after last weeks tough fishing in the Bay I was a little unshore heading across the Bay after all the rain last week buy he run tide fired up the surface action big time with Salmon, Tailor, Bonito and a few Trevally and Flathead mixed in, top day on Saturday.

Sunday had us off shore and very quite trolling along along the coast and the close reefs were the same but out wide in 65metre the fish turned it on with a great catch of Blue Morwong.
