EASTER FISHING

WATER SPOUT LOOKING SOUTH OVER KURNELL POINT

THE BOYS AND A SOLID CATCH OVER THE EASTER WEEKEND

A SECOND WATER SPOUT JUST WIDE FROM BARE ISLAND
LOOKING NORTH

Nathan spent the Easter break out on the water as I head away with the family, the Bay fished well as it has most of the Summer season, Nathan found good schools of Trevally, Bream and Tailor, lost a ripper Kingie at the Drums that smashed a live bait. The fish were all over the Bay and Nathan said he needed to move around a little to find fish most days but this worked bring good results.

BREAM BREAM BREAM

A MIX FROM THIS WEEK OUT ON THE BAY

Another top week of fishing Botany Bay, After the rain I have found the Bream in good numbers around the Sticks at the top end of the Bay on both tides, early morning seems the better time to fish for them.
Trevally are now also quite good the schools are a mix of small and large fish, I fished Kurnell point for good results over three days and also found the odd Tailor hanging around this spot.
Hooked a few Kingies this week landing on nice fish and a few under size one.
Spinning for Flathead a little slow over the last week but will improve as the water starts to clear, I have had great results on the SQUIDGIE S-Factor Attack Tiger Flick Bait 110mm in 3metres wide from Towra Point this week.
